Red Semi-Dry Wine
Fafari Valley red semi-dry unfiltered wine is made from Saperavi grapes using a multi-track gravity system of pitchers. The drink undergoes natural fermentation at a temperature of 25-28 degrees, with the help of a small yeast intervention. Finally, the wine is aged in pitcher number 17. The wine has a dark garnet color, aromas of dried berries, oak, plums and chocolate, and a strong, rich, sweet-sour balanced taste.
